The so-called ‘Oostenrijkse woningen’ or ‘Austrian dwellings’ are situated in an area that can be considered hilly for Dutch standards. Here, 45 sustainable family homes replace their poorly maintained predecessors. Due to its high standards in sustainability, the project received the first NL-Greenlabel certificate for its landscape design and the first GPR building certificate in the Netherlands for its architecture.
