Adjoining the cultural centre in Warnsveld is an apartment complex with a supermarket and a few smaller shops on the ground floor. The location forms the division between the old town and the new area of Warnsveld. The tower is unusual for Warnsveld, which is signified by its low buildings. The tower marks the entrance to the new shopping centre. Because of the quality of the surrounding landscape, the apartments have plenty of view of the outside scenery. Situated underneath the complex is a car park.
