Our design for an eco coffee roasting plant in the scenic Veluwe region of the Netherlands is much more than a production facility for sustainable coffee. By adding an experience centre the building opens to the public for a rich experience of coffee. The building opens up in both shape and function to its visitors who enter over a wooden bridge.

In an effort to make the building a guest to its surroundings we slanted the outer facades and opened up the interior. Here, a fluid passage way blends interior and exterior to give the experience centre a public character.
